Ordering In order to shop on My Lingerie Closet you must be over 18 years old.

You are responsible for providing the correct address for delivery of the products. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, My Lingerie Closet reserves the right to stop the delivery and cancel the order.

When you have completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you have indicated. We ask that you carefully look at the order confirmation and verify that it is correct. The price of each item is shown including Swedish VAT. In the shopping basket you can see the total sum of your order, including VAT and shipping costs.

Right of cancellation

If contrary to expectations My Lingerie Closet cannot deliver the goods, you will be contacted immediately and any amount reserved or paid will be returned to you.

We offer a 14-day cancellation right pursuant to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act. We only accept returns in their original packaging with potential seals intact. Return shipping is paid for by the customer. Always contact Customer Service before you return a product so that we can register the return in our system and provide you with return instructions. The right of cancellation shall not apply to opened packages and used products, due to hygienic reasons. 


Shipping: 59 SEK. 3-5 days. We always strive to ship within 1-2 days.

Order to Norway: customer pays Norwegian customs duty and VAT. 

Shipping is done by 1st-class letter or the Varubrev shipping service from Postnord. In appropriate cases we may also deliver by UPS. 


Secure payments with Amex / Mastercard / VISA / Paypal via our payment partners Stripe ( and Paypal ( When paying you will be forwarded to a secure, encrypted payment window operated by Stripe or Paypal which guarantees secure payment and handling of your card information. My Lingerie Closet never handles your card information. 

Unclaimed packages

If you have not picked up your package 14 days after delivery it will be returned to us. In this case we will deduct actual handling and postage fees before reimbursing the paid product(s). 


In those cases you are entitled to a refund, you will always receive the refund in the same way as you made the payment, for example, via your credit or payment card. 


If the product is defective, you are entitled to lodge a claim provided that it is done within a reasonable time. It is therefore important that you lodge your claim about the product as soon as you become aware of the defect.

Contact Customer Service at and enclose the following information:

  • Receipt/order confirmation on your purchase.
  • Short description of the defect.
  • Pictures which clearly show the defect. It is important that at least one picture shows the entire product.

If My Lingerie Closet decides that you need to send the product back, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label together with instructions on how to return the product. If it turns out that your claim is not justified, you are responsible for paying for the return shipping and any shipping back to you.

We will handle your matter within 10 working days from when we receive either your claim or the defective product.

Applicable law Purchases of products on My Lingerie Closet are subject to Swedish law. All disputes shall be decided in a Swedish court.
